Payment Methods

We accept only the following payment methods:

1. CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
Alpha Bank does not process or save any credit card information.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners and Masterpass.

2. PAYPAL
"Lulu by Liana K." accepts payments through PayPal accounts and reserves the right to send shipments only to the address confirmed by the registered Paypal account.

3. CASH ON DELIVERY
The payment of cash on delivery is free and available only in Greece for orders up to 500 euros.  The client should pay the driver at the time of delivery. Make sure that someone will be at your place between 9:00 and 17:00 to sign and pay the item.

4. WIRE TRANSFER
Payments by wire transfer are accepted in the following bank account:

Alternatively, you can send your confirmation of payment by email:  info@lulubylianak.comfor immediate processing of your order.Please indicate your order number on your payment to avoid delays. Moreover, note that your order will be processed once your payment is confirmed. This procedure may take up to 2 business days, depending on the bank's process.
The amount paid to the account of "Lulu by Liana K." should correspond to the exact price of your order. Any bank charges should be covered by the customer.
